Complaints
If you are not happy about how your personal information has been handled in relation to the Rashtriya Parishad registration database, or when applying for a position with COSLA, you can contact Rashtriya Parishad’'s Data Protection Manager by emailing: [email protected]. However, you also have the right to lodge a complaint about data protection matters with the Information Commissioner's Office whose contact details are as follows: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
Complaints of unfair treatment during the recruitment and selection process should be raised with the recruiting organisation so it can be be dealt with in line with the organisation's recruitment complaints procedure.

Contact the Organisation
If you have an enquiry about a specific position being advertised, your application(s), or about recruitment policies and time-scales, in the first instance please contact the organisations HR/Personnel Department. Each organisation has full ownership over the positions they advertise on myjobscotland and their recruitment policies and procedures, including recruitment time-frames, interviews, and interview feedback.
